Dental Studio CdA is in-network with Delta Dental of Idaho and welcomes all PPO dental insurance plans. We’re happy to help you understand your benefits—and we’ll handle the paperwork, so you can focus on your health. If you aren’t sure what your plan covers, just ask. Our team is here to help you make the most of your insurance and minimize any out-of-pocket costs.
Delta Dental of Idaho – Dental Studio CdA is in-network with Delta Dental of Idaho. Patients will be asked to pay for their patient portion not covered by their benefits at the time of service.
All PPO Dental Insurance Plans – Dental Studio CdA works with all PPO dental insurance plans. Most dental insurance companies have a max of $1000 – $1500 per year. Keep in mind your dental insurance, benefits, coverage, restrictions, & waiting periods are the patient’s responsibility. If you are unsure of your benefits, we are happy to assist you with the details.
We gladly accept cash, check, credit, or debit cards. We do also offer a courtesy discount of 5% for cash or check payments.

Our Exclusive Annual Membership makes it easy for you and your family to get the preventive and restorative dentistry you need, all for one simple yearly fee.
For an annual fee of $300, you will receive the following services:
- 2 cleanings, 2 sets of x-rays, and 2 doctor exams (if needed)
- 15% Courtesy for any/all dental treatment completed with Dr. Friedman or one of our Dental Studio associate doctors during membership year
- Complimentary Custom Whitening Trays
- Complimentary Whitening Gel FOR LIFE (ask for details)
- Complimentary Conscious Sedation
- Renew Annually
- No Hidden or Activation Fees
- No Cancellation Penalties (Does not include no shows, or late cancellations of reserved appointments)
- No Waiting Periods
There is an annual savings of $623 per year for adults and $426 per year for children. Those with periodontal disease will save $726 per year (payment for additional periodontal cleanings will be the patient’s responsibility).
The following restrictions may apply:
- Offer valid with absence of gum disease; other offers are available for periodontal patients
- Membership cannot be combined with other offers
- 2 cleanings are allowed each year as a member. Scheduling the 2 cleanings in each particular year is the patient’s responsibility. There will be no reimbursement of funds if the allowed procedures are not all completed in that year.
